- 不要重复已存在于其他产物（规格文档、计划、ADR、issue、commit、diff）中的内容，改为通过路径或 URL 引用。
- 脱敏处理：删除 API key、密码、个人身份信息等敏感内容。
- 如果用户传入了参数，将其视为下一次会话的重点方向，据此调整文档内容。
- 如果当前对话极短（少于 3 轮实质交流），直接告知用户无需生成交接文档，除非用户坚持。
