Workflow steps

5 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.

1. 1gh issue view N --comments; identify the version, the module and the steps to reproduce.
2. 2Look for duplicates (gh issue list --search, gh pr list --search, with --state all).
3. 3Find the related code in the local repository (htdocs//...) and check whether the bug
4. 4Report to the user: diagnosis, files/lines involved, target branch for a fix, suggested labels
5. 5If the issue is a duplicate, close it with a comment.
