cli-plugins-skillsCommand reference for the omniroute CLI's memory, plugin, marketplace and skills commands: search and manage stored memory, install and scaffold plugins, and find skill packages.
The skill documents commands of the omniroute CLI, installed globally with npm or run through npx. The memory group covers search with type, limit and token-budget flags, add from inline content or a file with optional type and JSON metadata, list, get and delete by ID, clear by type or age with a confirmation flag, and a health check. Several of these accept an API key flag.
Plugin commands list, install, remove, update, search and show info for plugins, and scaffold creates a new one by name. A marketplace command is listed alongside them. For skills, the reference shows search filtered by category, tag, limit and sort, info for a package ID, and install with an optional version, an enable switch and a skip-confirmation flag. The description also mentions testing and removing skills, but the excerpt ends before those commands.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 8ad6b1c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use npm, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
OmniRoute Plugins, Skills and Memory CLI loads about 1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 39 tokens; SKILL.md has 233 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from diegosouzapw/OmniRoute at commit 8ad6b1c, republished under its MIT licence (© diegosouzapw). 233 words, ~1,049 tokens.

Run `npx skills add diegosouzapw/OmniRoute --skill cli-plugins-skills -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/cli-plugins-skills in diegosouzapw/OmniRoute) into .claude/skills/cli-plugins-skills in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add diegosouzapw/OmniRoute --skill cli-plugins-skills -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/cli-plugins-skills in diegosouzapw/OmniRoute) into .agents/skills/cli-plugins-skills in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add diegosouzapw/OmniRoute --skill cli-plugins-skills -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/cli-plugins-skills, .gemini/skills/cli-plugins-skills, .github/skills/cli-plugins-skills and .opencode/skills/cli-plugins-skills in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, OmniRoute Plugins, Skills and Memory CLI needs the command-line tools its instructions call (npm). Our summary lists: Node.js with npm, to install the omniroute CLI or run it through npx.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use npm, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.

About 1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
