mijia-device-managerControls Xiaomi Mijia smart home devices through the mijiaAPI command line and Xiaomi's cloud: list devices, read and set properties, switch lights and plugs, change brightness and color.
The skill wraps the mijiaAPI command-line package. After `pip install mijiaAPI`, the first login runs `python -m mijiaAPI --list_homes`, which shows a QR code to scan with the Mijia app. Listing devices with `-l` returns each device's `did`, which the `get` and `set` commands use together with a property name such as `on`, `brightness`, `color-temperature` or `color`.
Because devices support different properties, the agent first finds the device model with `--list_devices` and reads its properties and value ranges with `--get_device_info` before it sets anything. Troubleshooting notes cover deleting the saved auth file under `~/.config/mijia-api` to log in again, confirming the device is added in the app and online, and checking property ranges. The instructions are written in Chinese.

Mijia Smart Home Controller loads about 679 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 36 tokens; SKILL.md has 143 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 143 words (~679 tokens).

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Mijia Smart Home Controller needs the command-line tools its instructions call (python and pip). Our summary lists: Python with the `mijiaAPI` package; A Xiaomi account with the Mijia app for QR login; Network access to Xiaomi's cloud.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. As links in the text: github.com and home.miot-spec.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Mijia Smart Home Controller or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 679 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
