Launch a [fresh native](../../docs/hosts.md#delegation) reviewer honoring those settings who made none of the candidate. Supply the intended outcome, acceptance criteria, stable candidate, sources/check evidence, relevant guidance, bounds and allowed effects. Give task-only context without authoring history or maker advocacy; disclose unavailable required isolation. The reviewer applies common criteria and Review instructions, reports evidenced findings and coverage gaps, makes no repairs and launches or tasks no agents.
