What it does

Test Federated Identity is an agent skill from cyberful/cyberful. Route an identity assessment across federation architecture, policy enforcement, identity and tenant propagation, workload identity, recovery assurance, linking, and provisioning. Use when OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, token exchange, service federation, or account association spans more than one specialist boundary.

Its SKILL.md is about 800 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files (for example `agents/openai.yaml`).

It sits in Backend & APIs, covering OAuth and OpenID Connect and Authentication. The repository describes itself as: Cyberful is an open-source AI Red Team for discovering, exploiting, verifying, and remediating vulnerabilities. The licence is AGPL-3.0.

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ec598a6. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Test Federated Identity loads about 803 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 87 tokens; SKILL.md has 272 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~87
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~803

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Test Federated Identity

Use this router when the identity path crosses issuers, clients, brokers, applications, tenants, or service identities. Read each selected specialist's SKILL.md completely before applying its procedure.

Route by boundary

  • Trust topology, issuer/client roles, protocol choice, assurance, or federation design: assess-identity-architecture.
  • Policy ownership, permission evaluation, entitlement rules, deny behavior, or enforcement placement: audit-access-policy-enforcement.
  • Claims, credentials, delegated identity, or assurance lost or transformed across services: trace-identity-propagation.
  • Tenant selection, organization context, routing, caches, jobs, or downstream tenant binding: trace-tenant-context-propagation.
  • OAuth clients, service accounts, workload federation, token exchange, audience binding, or machine identity: test-service-workload-identity.
  • Password reset, factor reset, support recovery, fallback identity proofing, or post-recovery invalidation: test-account-recovery-assurance.
  • Account linking, invitation, merge, SCIM/JIT provisioning, deprovisioning, or identity reassignment: test-identity-linking-provisioning.

Establish the shared identity record

Record the controlled principal, issuer, subject, client, tenant or organization, audience, scopes, authentication context, token or assertion type, relying party, and intended account. Preserve raw artifacts securely and compare semantic claims, key selection, and current account state without exposing credentials.

Use two controlled principals or tenants when the route requires cross-boundary comparison. Do not create identities, link accounts, consent applications, or alter federation configuration unless those mutations are expressly authorized.

If expressly authorized dynamic client registration creates one uniquely marked test client, the absence of a documented client-deletion endpoint is a cleanup limitation, not an approval gate; record it and do not improvise an administrative mutation.

Integrate findings

State which component owned the failed decision, which identity or tenant attribute was trusted, how it propagated, and what authority resulted. A malformed token rejection, verbose error, or permissive client behavior is not a vulnerability without a server-side acceptance or security effect.
