What it does

Test Business Logic is an agent skill from cyberful/cyberful. Coordinate testing of product invariants and multi-step workflows across money, entitlements, approvals, quotas, inventory, onboarding, and distributed state. Use for broad business-logic coverage; use a narrower fraud, transaction, payment, promotion, automation, or concurrency specialist for the concrete mechanism.

Its SKILL.md is about 710 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 6 other files, including reference files (for example `agents/openai.yaml`, `references/field-heuristics.md` and `references/financial-and-entitlement-workflows.md`).

It sits in Security. The repository describes itself as: Cyberful is an open-source AI Red Team for discovering, exploiting, verifying, and remediating vulnerabilities. The licence is AGPL-3.0.

Example prompts

  • “/test-business-logic”

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ec598a6. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

  • Network

    No URLs in SKILL.md.

From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.

  • Credentials

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.

Context cost

Test Business Logic loads about 714 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 85 tokens; SKILL.md has 201 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~85
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~714
With references · SKILL.md plus every file in references/, read only if the agent opens them
~2.3k

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Test Business Logic

Own the invariant and coverage ledger; route concrete mechanisms to specialists.

Define the shared model

Extract falsifiable invariants from requirements, UI states, APIs, code, schemas, events, tests, support procedures, and accounting records. For each workflow record authoritative state, actors, guards, transitions, side effects, compensations, retries, expiry, and audit events. Read references/invariants-and-state.md for the ledger contract.

Route the mechanisms

  • Fraud threat structure and abuse actors: assess-fraud-abuse-model.
  • Fraud-control artifacts and decision evidence: analyze-fraud-control-evidence.
  • Cross-service causal state: trace-transaction-state.
  • Payment authorization and value movement: test-payment-fraud-controls.
  • Promotions, quotas, inventory, and entitlements: test-promotion-entitlement-abuse.
  • Automated signup, credential, and resource abuse: test-automated-account-abuse.
  • Races, retries, idempotency, and resource amplification: test-concurrency-resource-abuse.
  • Authorization ownership across workflow states: test-authorization-boundaries.

Use references/financial-and-entitlement-workflows.md only to route money or access workflows. Use references/field-heuristics.md for cross-channel seams after baseline coverage. Do not repeat specialist test procedures here.

Integrate results

Maintain one row per invariant and discriminating sequence:

invariant | actor | pre-state | sequence | expected state | observed state | authoritative evidence | effect | cleanup | limitation

Confirm only a permitted, repeatable sequence that violates a named invariant. Reconcile partial failures, alternate channels, delayed consumers, support/admin paths, and authoritative records before assigning impact. Deduplicate by invariant and state owner, preserve disproved hypotheses, and separate control evidence from absence of observed abuse.
