Launch Delivery Pipeline
Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode
Delivery pipeline from mission brief to verified change: writes a spec, splits it into tickets, runs them in parallel, verifies and reports a decision log after a repo audit gate.
Designs a step-by-step playbook for large or unfamiliar work, runs it as a loop of hypotheses and measurements, and logs decisions so a human can review them later.

figure-it-outDesigns a step-by-step playbook for large or unfamiliar work, runs it as a loop of hypotheses and measurements, and logs decisions so a human can review them later.
When no narrower playbook fits, the workflow itself is the first deliverable. The agent begins with a todo list that opens with reading the Principles of the poteto-mode skill, then frames the job: a falsifiable definition of done, scope in rough units and effort, and a rigor level set high for one-way doors and lower for reversible steps. It presents the framing and tradeoffs before a long run.
Design then splits the work into atomic units that can land independently, riskiest unknown first, with a verification harness built beforehand from a baseline of the pre-change state. One-way design decisions go to the architect skill, and parallel work happens only across seams, each worker in its own worktree or branch. The run treats each unit as an experiment: state a hypothesis, make the smallest change, measure, keep or revert. Decisions are logged as steps land through show-me-your-work.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ccb5507. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Auditable Playbook Designer loads about 1k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 89 tokens; SKILL.md has 566 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 566 words (~1,015 tokens).
“When the task matches no playbook, design one. The deliverable before any code is the workflow itself: a sequence of phases that scales rigor to the task, runs the scientific method, and leaves a decision trail a human can audit…”

Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode
Delivery pipeline from mission brief to verified change: writes a spec, splits it into tickets, runs them in parallel, verifies and reports a decision log after a repo audit gate.
KKKKhazix/khazix-skills
Turns a one-line idea into a task brief of up to 4000 characters that an autonomous agent can run through /goal, with measured baselines and cheat-resistant acceptance checks.
addyosmani/agent-skills
Delivers a change in thin vertical slices, each implemented, tested, verified and committed before the next, using vertical, contract-first or risk-first slicing.
tailcallhq/forgecode
Writes a structured Markdown implementation plan with checkbox tasks, verification criteria and risks, then checks it with a validation script; no code changes.
imbue-ai/bouncer
Turns a feature's goals, requirements and architecture documents into a set of self-contained task files that a developer with no project context can follow.
prime-radiant-inc/iterative-development
Runs an autonomous loop that extracts requirements with proof obligations, builds a walking skeleton, then audits sprint by sprint against real behavior evidence.
cursor/plugins
Keeps a TSV decision log for long or unattended agent runs, one row per decision with what, why, evidence and result, so a reviewer can check the work later.
cursor/plugins
Digs into why code is shaped the way it is by checking git history, pull requests and connected tools in parallel, then reporting a cited read on the tradeoffs.
cursor/plugins
Starts three parallel reviewer subagents over the current conversation transcript, then turns their findings into concrete edits to existing skills.
cursor/plugins
Applies four layers of technical-writing rules to docs, RFCs, readmes, PR descriptions and commit messages so a tired engineer follows them on the first read.
cursor/plugins
Adds a second, stronger model that the main agent consults before major decisions, when stuck and before finishing, controlled by /advisor commands.
cursor/plugins
Prepare PRs for review by cleaning noisy history, improving PR descriptions, and adding reviewer guidance without changing code behavior.

Auditable Playbook Designer fits situations like: planning a large migration that no existing playbook covers; ambitious multi-part changes where a human will review the result later; work that needs a decision trail and measurable checks at each step.
Run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill figure-it-out -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (pstack/skills/figure-it-out in cursor/plugins) into .claude/skills/figure-it-out in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill figure-it-out -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (pstack/skills/figure-it-out in cursor/plugins) into .agents/skills/figure-it-out in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill figure-it-out -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/figure-it-out, .gemini/skills/figure-it-out, .github/skills/figure-it-out and .opencode/skills/figure-it-out in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Auditable Playbook Designer is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Auditable Playbook Designer or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 4.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
