Harness Agent Team Designer
revfactory/harness
Designs a project-specific agent harness: defines specialist agents, writes the skills they follow, picks an execution mode and model for each, and keeps the setup maintained.
Builds or refreshes a personal -mode skill that captures how you work, using patterns mined from your recent agent transcripts in the current workspace.

automate-meBuilds or refreshes a personal -mode skill that captures how you work, using patterns mined from your recent agent transcripts in the current workspace.
The result is one skill named after you, such as `priya-mode`, holding your working conventions so agents follow them. The skill coordinates three others: a mining pass over your history, Cursor's built-in `create-skill` for authoring and the unslop skill for prose discipline. It first looks for an existing `*-mode` skill in the workspace or home skill folders and, if one exists, asks whether to update it or start fresh.
Mining is limited to the active workspace's `agent-transcripts/` folder, because searching across other projects would read unrelated private chats. Parallel subagents each take a slice of recent history, such as the last few weeks, and report patterns with pointers to evidence: response preferences, delegation habits, what counts as done, code and prose discipline, process conventions and meta preferences. In update mode only history since the last edit is mined, and the existing file is revised in place.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ccb5507. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Personal Mode Skill Builder loads about 1.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 78 tokens; SKILL.md has 954 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 954 words (~1,791 tokens).
“A guided flow for turning the user's working conventions into a skill agents will follow. The output is one -mode skill tailored to them (e.g. jay-mode, priya-mode).”

laude-institute/headlong
Scaffolds new ShellLM skills with the right frontmatter, directory layout and agent-facing writing style, so an agent can extend its own capabilities.

Gentleman-Programming/gentle-ai
Guides writing a new agent skill: when one is warranted, the required folder layout and frontmatter, section order and size limits, with a bundled style guide.
cursor/plugins
Keeps a TSV decision log for long or unattended agent runs, one row per decision with what, why, evidence and result, so a reviewer can check the work later.
cursor/plugins
Digs into why code is shaped the way it is by checking git history, pull requests and connected tools in parallel, then reporting a cited read on the tradeoffs.
cursor/plugins
Starts three parallel reviewer subagents over the current conversation transcript, then turns their findings into concrete edits to existing skills.
cursor/plugins
Applies four layers of technical-writing rules to docs, RFCs, readmes, PR descriptions and commit messages so a tired engineer follows them on the first read.
cursor/plugins
Adds a second, stronger model that the main agent consults before major decisions, when stuck and before finishing, controlled by /advisor commands.

Personal Mode Skill Builder fits situations like: capturing your preferences and working style as a reusable skill; refreshing an existing personal mode skill with recent evidence; wanting agents to follow how you review, commit and verify work.
Run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill automate-me -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (pstack/skills/automate-me in cursor/plugins) into .claude/skills/automate-me in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill automate-me -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (pstack/skills/automate-me in cursor/plugins) into .agents/skills/automate-me in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add cursor/plugins --skill automate-me -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/automate-me, .gemini/skills/automate-me, .github/skills/automate-me and .opencode/skills/automate-me in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Personal Mode Skill Builder needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git). Our summary lists: Agent transcripts for the current workspace; Cursor's `create-skill` and the unslop skill.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Personal Mode Skill Builder or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.2k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
