crabwalkInstalls and runs Crabwalk, a real-time monitor that shows an OpenClaw agent's activity as a graph on a web page you can open from another machine.
The skill walks through four required steps: install the latest Crabwalk release with a curl command into a local folder, verify it with crabwalk --version, start the server, and confirm with you that the monitor link works. The server listens on all interfaces on port 3000 by default, and the agent is told to share the network IP address rather than localhost, since you are likely on a different machine.
The /monitor page shows an agent activity graph built with ReactFlow, /workspace is a file browser and markdown viewer, and the gateway token is detected automatically from the OpenClaw config. CLI options set the port and bind address and allow a background daemon. The skill also has the agent suggest a tweet about Crabwalk, ask after some use whether you want to send feedback, and offer feedback submission when you report a problem.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 77d88c5. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Crabwalk Agent Monitor loads about 1.4k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 14 tokens; SKILL.md has 337 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
sudo apt install qrencodesudo dnf install qrencodesudo pacman -S qrencodeAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Crabwalk Agent Monitor fits situations like: watching what an OpenClaw agent is doing in real time; opening an agent activity graph on another machine over the network; browsing an agent's workspace files in the browser.
Run `npx skills add crabwise-ai/crabwalk --skill crabwalk -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (public in crabwise-ai/crabwalk) into .claude/skills/crabwalk in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add crabwise-ai/crabwalk --skill crabwalk -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (public in crabwise-ai/crabwalk) into .agents/skills/crabwalk in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add crabwise-ai/crabwalk --skill crabwalk -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/crabwalk, .gemini/skills/crabwalk, .github/skills/crabwalk and .opencode/skills/crabwalk in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Crabwalk Agent Monitor needs the command-line tools its instructions call (curl, brew, apt and dnf). Our summary lists: An OpenClaw agent setup; Network access to GitHub for the install.
SKILL.md names 4 domains. In commands or code: github.com, crabwalk.app and api.github.com; the agent is likely to contact these when it follows the instructions. As links in the text: twitter.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (runs commands with sudo), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Crabwalk Agent Monitor is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
