Springback Analysis is an agent skill from Cai-aa/CAE-Agent-Hub. Configure springback analysis with Model Change for mold removal. Invoke when user needs mold removal, springback step, or Model Change setup.
Its SKILL.md is about 570 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 194ef49. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Springback Analysis loads about 567 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 41 tokens; SKILL.md has 280 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Springback occurs in the sp (springback) step, which is the 4th and final step of the curing simulation. During this step, the mold/tool is removed and the composite part is allowed to deform freely, constrained only at the Set-2 inner corner.
The contact pair between the composite surface and the tool surface is removed:
*Model Change, type=CONTACT PAIR, remove
com-surface, tool-surfaceAll tool elements are removed from the analysis using Model Change:
*Model Change, remove
_PickedSet329,_PickedSet329 = all tool elements (element numbers 1 to 1672)The sp step uses op=NEW which replaces ALL previous boundary conditions:
*Boundary, op=NEW to clear previous tool constraints*Boundary, op=NEW
Set-2, 1, 1, 0.
Set-2, 2, 2, 0.
Set-2, 3, 3, 0.*Dsload, op=NEW with no data lines to remove all distributed loads*Dsload, op=NEWTemperature is maintained at 25°C during the springback step.
After mold removal, the composite springs back freely and is constrained only at the Set-2 inner corner. The springback displacement (U1, U2, U3) at the last frame of the sp step represents the final part shape deviation.
op=NEW on boundary conditions and loads ensures a clean state for springback© Cai-aa, MIT. Rendered from Markdown: HTML in the file is shown as text, images as links, and headings moved down two levels. Raw file

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Springback Analysis is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Springback Analysis is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 567 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.3k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
