airbnb-search-listingExtracts Airbnb search results - listing id, name, coordinates, rating, price, photos and badges - from the page's own embedded search data, with pagination.
This skill navigates to an Airbnb destination search URL and pulls listing results out of the page's own server-rendered data rather than scraping visible HTML, since that embedded data already contains structured fields for each result. No login is required because search results are public, and the skill's operating boundary is explicitly limited to what a user could do manually in their own browser - it never bypasses authentication or access controls.
A bundled Python script, invoked through a browser-automation tool's eval mechanism, does the actual extraction after the page has navigated and settled; URL parameters like check-in and check-out dates, guest counts, and price range are all optional except the destination, and omitting any of them falls back to Airbnb's own defaults. If extraction returns an error or the embedded data isn't found, the skill verifies the current page is actually an Airbnb search results page before retrying once after waiting for the page to stabilize.
Results include pagination cursors so a destination's full set of listings can be retrieved across multiple pages rather than just the first page that loads initially.
3 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 11c057b. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Airbnb Search Listing Extractor loads about 1.4k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 166 tokens; SKILL.md has 549 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

Invoke browser-act via Skill tool to load usage. If installation or configuration issues arise, follow its guidance to resolve then retry.
This Skill's operational boundary = what the user can manually do in their browser. It only reads data already displayed to the user on the page, never bypassing authentication or access controls. JS code is encapsulated in Python files under the
scripts/directory, invoked viaeval "$(python scripts/xxx.py {params})".$(...)is bash syntax; it is recommended to use the bash tool for execution.
Navigate to the search URL first, wait for the page to load, then run:
eval "$(python scripts/search-listing.py)"
URL construction pattern:
https://www.airbnb.com/s/{destination}/homes?checkin={YYYY-MM-DD}&checkout={YYYY-MM-DD}&adults={N}&children={N}&infants={N}&pets={N}&price_min={N}&price_max={N}&min_beds={N}&min_bedrooms={N}&min_bathrooms={N}&cursor={base64_cursor}All URL parameters are optional except destination. Omit any parameter to use the Airbnb default.
Full invocation sequence:
navigate https://www.airbnb.com/s/{destination}/homes?{params}wait stableeval "$(python scripts/search-listing.py)"Output example:

Before execution: If the file exists, read it first — it records unexpected situations encountered during past executions (e.g., a strategy has become ineffective); adjust strategy order accordingly.
After execution: If an unexpected situation is encountered (strategy became ineffective, page redesigned, anti-scraping upgraded, better path discovered), append a line:
{YYYY-MM-DD}: {what happened} → {conclusion}
Normal execution does not write to the file. Do not record what keywords were used or how many results were returned — those are task outputs, not experience.

With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add browser-act/skills --skill airbnb-search-listing -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Airbnb Search Listing Extractor needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (python). Our summary lists: browser-act browser automation tool; Python.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. In commands or code: airbnb.com and a0.muscache.com; the agent is likely to contact these when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Airbnb Search Listing Extractor is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
