wxjava-module-selectorRecommends which WxJava Maven module, BOM and example entry point fits a given WeChat product and server setup, from official accounts to payments.
This skill picks the right WxJava module for a described WeChat integration - official accounts, mini programs, WeChat Pay, WeCom, the open platform, Channels, WeChat mini store, Tencent Dianping or WeChat's intelligent dialogue feature - by first identifying the WeChat product, the server-side framework, whether multiple accounts are involved, and whether payments or callbacks are part of the scope, asking only the questions still needed to tell those apart.
It reads a module-mapping reference file to produce one primary recommendation plus the reasoning for any additional modules to combine with it, always distinguishing the product boundary first before picking the core SDK, and only recommending a framework starter or a Solon plugin on top when the project genuinely relies on that framework's auto-configuration. It prefers recommending a BOM over individual version pins, and gives the exact group id, artifact id, and a pointer to the matching demo, wiki or repository documentation.
It is explicit about the server SDK's limits - mobile login and sharing capabilities still need WeChat's own official client SDK - never guesses a version number, pointing instead to Maven Central or the project's README for the current one, and for payment or callback scenarios it specifically reminds the user to verify the notification URL, check signatures, and handle idempotency.
6 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 58af116. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
WxJava Module Selector loads about 155 tokens when it runs, and up to ~866 if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 39 tokens; SKILL.md has 40 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from binarywang/WxJava at commit 58af116, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© binarywang). 40 words, ~155 tokens.

Run `npx skills add binarywang/WxJava --skill wxjava-module-selector -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/wxjava-module-selector in binarywang/WxJava) into .claude/skills/wxjava-module-selector in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add binarywang/WxJava --skill wxjava-module-selector -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: WxJava Module Selector is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: Maven or Gradle project (Java).
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
WxJava Module Selector is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 155 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 620 characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 711 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
