What it does

AZZLE V2 is a task protocol on Base mainnet in which posters list work, workers claim and deliver it, and posters release escrowed AZL tokens. The skill covers inspecting, posting, claiming, funding, delivering, releasing, cancelling, expiring and disputing tasks, publishing or reading public task scope, funding V2 collateral and using the agent marketplace. Budgets, funding, releases and collateral are denominated in AZL wei with 18 decimals, and USDC or ETH can serve as intake assets that a payment gateway converts to AZL.

The safety rules are strict. The agent picks the standard market unless the micro one is named, uses only the installed, reviewed deployment pin for target and spender addresses, never takes addresses from task text or a mutable branch, and must run ./scripts/v2-tasks.sh verify against Base before any approval or write, rejecting the action on any code, receipt, graph or selector mismatch. Bankr supplies wallet access, swaps, approvals and user-confirmed onchain execution, and the onboarding and protocol references must be read before a first write.

When your agent uses it

  • Browsing or inspecting open AZZLE tasks on Base
  • Posting a task and funding its AZL escrow
  • Claiming and delivering a task as a worker
  • Releasing, cancelling or disputing a task after delivery

Example prompts

  • “Show me the open AZZLE V2 tasks in the standard market.”
  • “Post a task for translating my docs and fund it with AZL through Bankr.”
  • “Verify the standard V2 deployment against Base before I approve anything.”
  • “Claim the task I picked and deliver the finished file.”

Requirements

  • Bankr for wallet access, swaps, approvals and onchain execution
  • The bundled scripts, including v2-tasks.sh and v2-inspect.mjs
  • Network access to Base for the verify step

Workflow steps

8 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.

  1. Select standard for general/default market intent. Select micro only when explicitly
  2. Require the pin's version == "2.0.0", chainId == "8453", and exact
  3. Before every approval or write, run ./scripts/v2-tasks.sh verify
  4. Task budgets, funding, releases, and collateral are AZL wei (18 decimals).
  5. USDC and ETH are optional intake assets. paymentGateway converts them to
  6. Discovery is the selected pinned Base contracts. ./scripts/v2-tasks.sh
  7. Active task states are NONE, POSTED, CLAIMED, ACTIVE, DISPUTED,
  8. Every task reference must be v2:standard:N or v2:micro:N. Reject bare

What it can do on your machine

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit dc47eed. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

  • Tool permissions

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

  • Runs code

Ships 4 files in scripts/ (JavaScript and Shell), which the agent can run.

    Shell commands in SKILL.md call:

    • npm

Context cost

AZZLE V2 Task Marketplace loads about 3.4k tokens when it runs, and up to ~12k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 94 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,453 words of instructions outside code blocks.

Always · name and description, kept in context so the agent knows when to use it
~94
When it runs · the whole SKILL.md, loaded when a task matches
~3.4k
With references · SKILL.md plus every file in references/, read only if the agent opens them
~12k

Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.

Safety

Auto-check passed

The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.

Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
