Prismer-AI/PrismerCloud
Parse local document files into LLM-ready content on the daemon itself — PDFs → Markdown / structured JSON (with bounding boxes) / page screenshots via the bundled lit CLI.
Builds an editable DOCX report, a formula-driven XLSX workbook and a fresh LibreOffice PDF preview from one structured source file, then checks them together.

sheetsdocBuilds an editable DOCX report, a formula-driven XLSX workbook and a fresh LibreOffice PDF preview from one structured source file, then checks them together.
From a single doc.json source, this skill builds three coordinated files: an editable Word report, an Excel workbook with live formulas, and a PDF preview rendered with LibreOffice. For a comparison report you edit the currency, the two periods and the rows of region, prior and current values, and the writer derives the prose, totals and growth, so you never type parallel totals. A generic literal-data mode takes a named sheet of rectangular rows, one to ten columns and at most 1,000 rows, of which Word shows the first 30.
One export script produces all three files. Afterward the agent inspects every PDF page, recalculates the workbook after changing one input and restoring it, and reconciles report totals and prose to the same source before handing over the files with the checks it ran. The workbook uses SUM, subtraction and guarded growth formulas, with blue input cells and an n.a. result when prior revenue is zero, and text starting with an equals sign stays literal. Exports do not round-trip to the source, and charts, PPTX and arbitrary formulas are out of scope.
6 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 54a1f1b. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 3 files in scripts/ (JavaScript and Shell), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
shFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Sheets and Docs Report Builder loads about 708 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 43 tokens; SKILL.md has 373 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
The full file from autonomous-ai/openharness at commit 54a1f1b, republished under its MIT licence (© autonomous-ai). 373 words, ~708 tokens.
.claude/skills/sheetsdoc/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 3 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.Inspect doc.json, audience, units, periods and provenance. The starter uses
explicitly synthetic nominal USD and calendar quarters, not actual financials.
For a comparison report, edit comparison.currency, the two periods and
rows of region/prior/current values. Inputs must be finite and nonnegative.
The writer derives report prose, totals and growth; do not type parallel totals.
Or use sheet: {name, rows} for a generic literal-data report. Keep rows
rectangular, 1–10 columns, at most 1,000 rows. Word shows the first 30 data rows.
Title, subtitle, paragraphs and source text are normal editable strings.
Build:
sh "$SSD_SKILLS/sheetsdoc/scripts/export.sh"Inspect every PDF page. Check line breaks, tables, margins and source labels. Open/recalculate the workbook, change one input, confirm dependent results and restore it. Reconcile report totals and prose to the same source.
Hand off DOCX, XLSX and PDF with the source and the checks actually performed.
When the user asks to apply a kept Doc Viewer review, read
.harness/doc-reviews/<id>/review.md and inspect its exact reference.pdf where
needed. Revise the editable source and rebuild; preserve the old packet. Its
quotes and page regions describe the reviewed version, not necessarily the new one.
Comparison workbooks contain SUM, subtraction and guarded growth formulas. Zero prior revenue yields “n.a.”, not zero percent. Blue numbers are editable inputs; calculated values are dark. Cached formula values come from the same inputs and the build re-saves the workbook with LibreOffice. Generic text beginning with = stays literal and does not execute a user-supplied formula.
Exports do not round-trip to source. Editing out.xlsx updates its formulas only; edit doc.json and rebuild to update the report and PDF together. Arbitrary formulas, charts, PPTX and automated claims of accounting correctness are outside this writer.
Node 20+ and LibreOffice are required for the complete preview; use SOFFICE_BIN for a nonstandard installation. Conversion runs with an isolated temporary profile, not the user's open office session. The helper writes pending/failed verdicts, requires fresh outputs, and never blesses an old PDF. Without LibreOffice it can write the Office files but exits incomplete. Logs and receipts live in .harness.
Restyling is implemented in the portable OOXML writer. After changing it, verify the actual exported document in an office runtime and inspect rendered pages.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Sheets and Docs Report Builder needs JavaScript and a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (sh). Our summary lists: Node 20 or later; LibreOffice for the PDF preview.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Sheets and Docs Report Builder is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 708 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
