Todoist is an agent skill from asgeirtj/system_prompts_leaks. Read and manage Todoist tasks, projects, comments, labels, filters, and reminders through Todoist's official MCP server.
Its SKILL.md is about 380 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. The skill folder holds 2 other files (for example `connector_auth_config.yaml` and `manifest.yaml`).
It sits in Agent Workflows. It works with Todoist and Model Context Protocol. The repository describes itself as: Documented system prompts from Anthropic - Claude Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5, Claude Design, Claude Code. OpenAI - ChatGPT GPT-6-Astra, Codex. Google - Gemini 3.8 Flash, 3.1 Pro… The licence is CC0-1.0.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 60d44cc. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Todoist loads about 377 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 32 tokens; SKILL.md has 170 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from asgeirtj/system_prompts_leaks at commit 60d44cc, republished under its CC0-1.0 licence (© asgeirtj). 170 words, ~377 tokens.
.claude/skills/todoist/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder). This skill also uses 2 other files; get the full folder from GitHub.Use the installed todoist CLI. Start with todoist status. If it reports
not_connected, run todoist authorize-url and share only the returned
connect_url with the user.
OAuth uses Dynamic Client Registration and PKCE through authd. No shared client secret enters Muse, and credentials must never be requested in chat.
The first connection requests read-only Todoist access. If a requested change fails because Todoist write or delete access has not been granted, direct the user to add it in Settings; Hatch approval for the action remains separate.
Run todoist list-tools to inspect the live provider catalogue and schemas,
then call an advertised tool with:
todoist call-tool --name <tool> --arguments-json '<json-object>'list-tools exposes only reviewed Todoist tools and includes each tool's
hatch_permission, hatch_action, and hatch_permission_label.
delete-object is authorized as projects.delete for projects and as
items.delete for every other object type. Unknown or new provider tools
remain unavailable until reviewed. Read permissions follow the user's connector
settings; changes require the corresponding granular approval. Do not retry a
failed or timed-out write automatically because its side effect may have
completed.

Todoist fits situations like: agent Workflows work in your project.
Run `npx skills add asgeirtj/system_prompts_leaks --skill todoist -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (Meta/muse-agent/skills/todoist in asgeirtj/system_prompts_leaks) into .claude/skills/todoist in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add asgeirtj/system_prompts_leaks --skill todoist -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/todoist, .gemini/skills/todoist, .github/skills/todoist and .opencode/skills/todoist in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Todoist is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Todoist is published under the CC0-1.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 377 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
