Hep Hub is an agent skill from agentlas-ai/Agentlas-OS. Staff a task only from public Agentlas Hub agents.
Its SKILL.md is about 940 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Agent Workflows. The repository describes itself as: Agent OS: keep specialist agents in a hub, spin up a temporary orchestrator per task. Local-first, works with any model. The licence is Apache-2.0.
3 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit dd3cd3a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Hep Hub loads about 940 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 15 tokens; SKILL.md has 539 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from agentlas-ai/Agentlas-OS at commit dd3cd3a, republished under its Apache-2.0 licence (© agentlas-ai). 539 words, ~940 tokens.

Raw request: $ARGUMENTS
Use the local Agentlas OS MCP server hephaestus-network and call the
Workforce tools with exact sourceScope: "hub". This is public Hub only; it
must not add registered Local or owner Cloud candidates.
One named agent. The argument names a single agent — a slug, or an
unmistakable name with no task described around it (ktx-book,
use ktx-book). The user is asking to use that agent, not to have a team
staffed, so do not make them sit through a staffing ceremony to get there:
hephaestus_search. If nothing matches
the name, say so and stop — never substitute a different agent for the one
they asked for.prerequisites, envRequirements and
mcpServers off the card. If all three are empty, say that the card
declares nothing rather than implying it needs nothing — plenty of
agents want a login they never wrote down, and the user should hear that
before they start, not when the run stops to ask;Skip the ceremony, never the pins: the prepared release must still carry source
hub, the exact release, package hash, content digest, runtime bundle,
permission policy, and context digest.
A job to be done. The argument describes work rather than naming an agent. Staff it:
agentlas.workforce-work-order.v1; private project
grounding stays on-host.workforce.search_candidates with
{workOrder, sourceScope: "hub"} and keep the complete response as
federationResult, including the Hub source receipt and the projected
menu's selectionSessionId. Do not echo the projected menu back as
federationResult — Core resolves the complete federation state locally
from that session.agentlas.workforce-selection.v1 as the active host LLM,
then call workforce.validate_selection with
{workOrder, selection} and keep the response as federatedSelection. Revise on
rejection; do not accept a
deterministic picker or unrelated fallback.workforce.prepare_execution with
{workOrder, selection, federatedSelection, projectDir}. Require every
selected row to remain pinned to source hub, exact release, package hash,
content digest, runtime bundle, permission policy, and context digest.Public Hub packages are free to discover and call. Recurring work still uses the host's model, API keys, permissions, and scheduled execution capacity. Explain those prerequisites and obtain the user's scheduling instruction. Do not quote or purchase a retired Hub lease. The exact release remains bound to the goal until explicit completion or cancellation.
If the Hub source is unavailable or refuses the call, report its exact refusal;
do not silently search Local or Cloud. Core owns the Hub upstream transport;
do not expose a direct remote agentlas MCP alongside it. A prepared roster
is not proof of execution.
For a partial or failed result, report each source receipt's exact
failureCode. Never collapse several receipts into one, substitute a different
code, or relabel the outcome.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Hep Hub is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.

About 940 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
