3. 3每个确认绑定当前版本。 制作方说可以不能代替新人确认；「继续」仅批准当前呈现的待确认项。用户未回复不默认放行。必须有具体回复依据，不自动填写确认。
4. 4先完整旁白，再正式分镜。 写作包可包含事件安排和画面意象，不依赖正式分镜。实际声音、情绪留白和目标片长共同决定分镜，不死套每镜十秒。
5. 5检查真实结果。 图片通过不等于视频动作通过；文件齐全、技术可读、助手审查、制作方确认、新人验收分开记录。不能听或看时请人完成对应判断，不能用解码代替。
6. 6当前对话负责推进与组装。 除生图外，有已配置可用且在本单授权范围内的 API/工具就执行，没有则给手动材料并接回文件。发现密钥不等于额外付费或新供应商授权。失败先诊断，不连续付费重试；不擅自换供应商。
7. 7局部返工保留成果。 登记选用文件、版本、指纹。换图重查对应镜头及相邻衔接；改文案回到受影响确认处，保留不受影响的成果。缺实际文件要补回，旧口头确认不是素材。

Context cost
