先加载 aaalice-dev-sessions，通过 Status 确认当前工作树的运行会话。已有会话运行时，代码修改完成后自动刷新受影响的已启动平台并验证结果，无需再次确认；不为这种自动刷新启动原本缺失的平台。仅修改文档或用户明确要求不刷新时不触发。
用户明确要求启动或自动化验收时，缺失会话由开发会话 skill 创建；自动化验收在刷新后继续 aaalice-runtime-verify 的界面操作与截图检查。普通改码后的自动刷新不扩展为全界面验收。不得启动第二个 flutter run、flutter attach 或新的 Codex task。
